Verifiable Reserve

Backed by real bStocks. The reserve is the floor.

RHOLD is a fixed-supply token backed by a reserve of real, tokenized equities held directly on the token contract. Every holding is checkable on-chain, block by block — and any holder can burn RHOLD to redeem a pro-rata share of it, confirmed by a real executed transaction (see the docs).

Treasury

The treasury lives directly on the RHOLD token contract — every tokenized stock the reserve has acquired is held at that same address, checkable on-chain, block by block. Any RHOLD holder can burn RHOLD at any time to redeem a pro-rata share of everything the treasury holds — confirmed by a real, executed transaction, not just described here (see the docs).

How It Works

The fees buy real bStocks. They never leave.

Three moving parts, all on-chain. Nothing here has run yet — this is the mechanism, not a transaction log. Value only ever accrues to the vault: supply shrinks on redeem and never re-mints, so backing per token has nowhere to go but up.

01
Every trade funds the vault

Trading fees accrue to protocol-owned liquidity and flow into the treasury. RHOLD itself charges nothing on transfers — the fee sits at the pool, which is what keeps the token a plain ERC20 that every venue can handle.

02
It buys real bStocks

The keeper bot converts that RHOLD to BNB, then swaps for allowlisted bStocks on PancakeSwap — every swap checked against a TWAP price floor so it can't be sandwiched in one transaction. The bStocks land in the vault as backing.

03
Backing only grows

Redeemed RHOLD is burned, never re-minted, so supply only shrinks. Fee revenue keeps flowing into the vault on top of that, so backing per token trends up, not down.

Transparency

Verifiable, not trustless: the treasury's on-chain balances — held directly on the token contract, not a separate vault — are independently checkable at any time. The tokenized stocks themselves rely on Binance/BTech Holdings' Abu Dhabi SPV custody one layer up — that's custodial trust the contracts don't remove.

Real stocks

Invested in tokenized equities issued via Binance's bStocks.

Verifiable reserve

Treasury holdings checkable on-chain, block by block, at the token's own address. Underlying share custody tracked via Binance's daily Proof of Collateral.

Long-term treasury, designed to compound value over time.

100% Reserved

Treasury assets 1:1 backed by tokenized stocks, verified via Binance Proof of Collateral.

Burn to redeem, confirmed on-chain

Burning RHOLD pays out a pro-rata share of every bStock the treasury holds, in the same transaction — confirmed by a real, executed burn (see the docs). Whether any additional owner-only withdraw path exists has not been independently confirmed from source; see Security in the docs for exactly what's verified.

Governance

Non-binding signal

Basket governance

RHOLD holders who connect a wallet holding at least 100,000 RHOLD can vote on which blue-chip stock the reserve should prioritize once Binance issues a bStock for it — see "Vote the next" in the Treasury section above. It's non-binding signaling, on-chain and verifiable, not a claim that the treasury is fully DAO-governed: the keeper still decides what actually gets bought.
